Why use Best4Golf?

We offer custom golf tee time reservations for groups of all sizes, making group golf reservations simple and cost-effective for you.  Our custom reservations are tailored to exactly meet your groups’ needs.

For over 35 plus years,  we know Mexico, we know Golf.  We love Golf in Mexico.  We play the game of golf and play the courses we offer.  We are happy to share our insights with you so you can get the most out of your golf experience, whether you’re a single-digit handicap or a bogey golfer!  

Golf in Mexico

Simply put, we use our knowledge of each of the areas for Golf in Mexico and their golf courses and accommodations that are close in proximity to each other.  This allows our groups more time on the courses and less time driving around town.  We’re all about making the BEST golf experience in Mexico!

How does it work?

Step 1 – contact us through our website or on the phone;  (800) 381-7054.

We will want to know a bit about your group:

Travel dates
Number of golfers
Number of non-golfers
Any course preferences – or we can make recommendations
Stay and Play programs
Local transportation requirements
Local activities add-ons
Step 2 – We will provide quotes for one or more golf courses, depending on your interests and preferences.  Our quotes are “ALL-IN”; inclusive of all taxes and fees;   the price quoted is the total amount you will pay – NO SURPRISES!

Step 3 – Based on your final preferences and your approval we will issue you an invoice for payment.  We accept all major forms of payment.  Your deposit or full payment secures your rates and triggers us to start making tee times and reservations.

Step 4 – Once the group has fully paid, we will mail you a Player’s Kit,  which contains the final itinerary, golf, other services vouchers, maps and directions, and local area references for restaurants and outside activities. This information may be provided online through our Player’s Portal instead of being mailed.

Step 5 – Arrive and have a fantastic Golf Experience! Be sure to pack your sunscreen and your vouchers! You will need them to check into the pro shops.

Step 6 – We will follow up with you after your vacation to see how it went and if the group has any suggestions for improvement.  Our goal is to deliver the ultimate customer experience before, during, and after your trip!

What about refunds and cancellations?

Quite simply, golf is a game of honor.  Clients may take a “mulligan” on our golf trips when emergencies arise or plans unexpectedly change.  Seller’s Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

For golf only: Full refunds are given PRIOR to 72 hours of play, LESS is a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee per player. Within 72 hours’ notice, there are no refunds available, unless authorized by the Director of Golf at the specific golf course.

Cancellations Due To Weather:  Rain checks are called at the sole discretion of the courses.  If Mother Nature disrupts your round and the course is deemed unplayable by the staff, the course may offer rain checks or refunds for all or part of your round.  We will work with you and the courses to sort out your options for rain checks and/or refunds for your group. Basically, if the course refunds our payments, we’ll refund your payments.

For all golf packages: Cancellation Charges: (except Special Events) Cancellation made up to 60 days prior to departure – penalty equals deposit paid. Cancellation made between 59 – 45 days prior to departure – the penalty is 50% of the package price. Cancellation made between 44 – 15 days prior to departure – the penalty is 75% of the package price. Cancellation within 14 days of departure or No shows – the penalty is 100% of the package price. All cancellations must be received in the BEST4GOLF office in writing after notification by phone.

Notification of cancellation by a client must be forwarded in writing to Best4Golf. No refunds will be made for unused portions of a travel package. Change/Cancellation Fee: A $50 per person administration fee will be charged for any change/cancellation of the reservation that is requested after the original booking is confirmed and processed.
